untitled

by Alan Catlin

Wearing a dead
man’s clothes

I visit the place
where my father’s
ashes were spread

Spring rain
accompanies me

Alan Catlin has a new book coming out soon called Still Life with Apocalypse (Shelia Na Gig Editions) that could be subtitled: Snapshots of modern life in America. He hopes it is not a prophetic book.
